Business Hours Discount

 

Homeowners on our Classic plan receive a 15% discount on service repair calls during Andgar Mechanical's normal business hours.

Additional Discounts

 

Homeowners on our Classic plan receive the following additional discounts on these services:

  • Save 5% off plumbing parts and plumbing flat rate items
  • Save $30 off HVAC after-hours surcharge

Equipment Replacement Credit

 

Homeowners on our Classic plan recieve a $100 credit toward replacement HVAC equipment 

Filter Replacement

 

Homeowners on our Classic plan recieve  1" to 2" MERV 8 Filter replacements at each annual or semi-annual maintenance appointment.

Annual Inspection

 

Homeowners on our Classic plan recieve our Classic Multi-Point Service inspection, including a printed report of inspection items and findings.

Parts Warranty

 

Homeowners on our Classic plan receive a 2-year parts warranty on all replacement parts installed by our service teadm.

Homeowners on our Premium plan receive a 15% discount on service repair calls during Andgar Mechanical's normal business hours.

After-Hours Discount

 

Homeowners on our Premium plan receive a 15% discount on service repair calls evenings and weekends, after Andgar Mechanical's normal business hours.

Additional Discounts

 

Homeowners on our Premium plan receive the following additional discounts on these services:

  • Save 10% off plumbing parts and plumbing flat rate items
  • No HVAC after-hours call surcharge

Equipment Replacement Credit

 

Homeowners on our Premium plan recieve a $200 credit toward replacement HVAC equipment 

Filter Replacement

 

Homeowners on our Premium plan recieve  1" to 4" MERV 8 Filter replacements and Cleaning of Electronic Air Cleaner ($40 value) at each annual or semi-annual maintenance appointment.

Annual Inspection

 

Homeowners on our Premium plan recieve an expanded inspection list:

  • Classic Multi-Point Service inspection
  • Crawlspace / Ductwork Inspection
  • Boiler Manifolds / Flow Verification
  • Indoor Ductless Head Cleaning

Parts Warranty
